Terms of Service

1. What Talenthic is

Talenthic aggregates publicly available job postings from employer career pages and structured public sources across the web, enriches them with machine learning, and presents them in a searchable interface. We are an aggregator and search engine, not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or party to any employment relationship.

2. No employment relationship

Applying to a role listed on Talenthic takes you to the employer's own application system. Any subsequent communication, offer, contract, screening, assessment, or hiring decision happens directly between you and the employer. We do not vet employers beyond basic verification signals, and inclusion of a company or job on Talenthic is not an endorsement.

3. Accuracy of listings

We work hard to keep listings fresh, deactivate stale posts, and flag likely duplicates. Despite that, listings may be inaccurate, outdated, translated imperfectly, or removed by the source after we last crawled. Always confirm details — salary, benefits, deadlines, visa sponsorship — on the employer's original posting before applying.

4. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You may not create accounts by automated means, share accounts, or impersonate any person or company.

5. Acceptable use

Use of the service is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits scraping, reverse engineering, spam, malware, harassment, and abuse of the public API. Violations may result in suspension, rate limiting, key revocation, or termination without notice.

6. The public API

API access is granted per API key with an hourly rate limit. API keys are personal, must not be shared, and must be stored server-side — never shipped in browser bundles or mobile apps. Downstream products that redistribute Talenthic data must credit the original employer as the source, respect employer takedown requests we forward, and comply with the licence terms in the developer portal.

7. Intellectual property

The Talenthic name, logo, design system, aggregated database structure, ranking model, and editorial classifications belong to Inkname Studio. Individual job descriptions and company assets (logos, photos, videos) belong to their respective employers — we display them under fair use / factual reporting principles and remove them on request. 8. Fees and paid plans

Basic search and browsing are free. Paid plans (higher API limits, employer verification, analytics) are billed as described at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on prospective terms with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that listings will be complete, accurate, current, non-infringing, or fit for any particular hiring or job-search purpose. Automated enrichment may produce imperfect classifications; you accept that risk when relying on the data.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inkname Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or hiring outcomes. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the greater of (a) fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Inkname Studio against any claim arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from your profile page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if continued operation becomes impractical.

13. Changes

We will update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's registered jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where mandatory local consumer-protection law grants you stronger rights, those rights apply.
