Bangladesh's best employers scatter their openings across a dozen career portals — Workday, Taleo, SmartRecruiters, half-broken WordPress pages. Talenthic reads them all, every morning, and republishes what it finds in one place.

There is no login, no résumé upload, no "premium tier". You apply on the employer's own site. We just make sure you know the role exists.

How it works

1. A scheduled job runs each morning at 8 AM Dhaka time.
2. An open-source crawler (Crawl4AI with headless Chromium) fetches each careers page.
3. An open-weights language model (Llama 3.3 via Groq's free tier) extracts structured job data — title, location, apply link, description.
4. Fresh listings are upserted to our database; roles that disappear from source pages for seven days are retired.

Every part of the pipeline is free and open: Crawl4AI (MIT), Playwright (Apache-2.0), Groq's free API, GitHub Actions, and a Postgres database. No paid vendor is required to run Talenthic.
