UI/UX Designer

Job Description User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions. Develop user personas and user journeys to guide the design process. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas. Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to define project goals and requirements. Participate in product ideation sessions, contributing to the overall product strategy.   Translate product goals into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. Visual Design: Design polished and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products. Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs. Prototyping and Testing: Create interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder feedback. Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate designs based on user feedback. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes. Collaboration and Communication: Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to cross-functional teams. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development process. Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on product development Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product designs.   Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.   Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar tools. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.
