Job Description
Job Purpose:
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in corporate sales, focusing on acquiring new clients, achieving monthly and yearly targets, and contributing to the company's business growth. You will be responsible for creating impactful presentations and reports, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Acquire new clients and develop business growth areas.
Plan and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Create compelling presentations and Excel sheets for new/existing clients.
Conduct day-to-day sales operations, including negotiation, sales close, and reporting.
Cater Existing Client requirements and issues.
Establish strong and long-term relationships with corporate clients/partners.
Chase sales and revenue targets, ensuring smooth collection and minimizing churn.
Introduce new tech solutions to the customer base and proactively solve customer problems.
Ensure adherence to company policies to meet organizational goals.
Support in other company activities as assigned by management.
Use company-provided software to keep track of the portfolio and closed deals.
Qualifications
Graduate or Business Graduate in Marketing or a related field from a reputed university.
0-2 years of experience in a relevant field.
Must have your own laptop.
SaaS experience will be advantageous.
Must be super active and full of energy to travel across the city.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Additional Information
Salary: 18K-25K + KPI (Depends on skills & experience)
Subsidized lunch: Lunch is provided through catering services and is subsidized
Laundry Service: We understand how busy our employees are with their work therefore to make things easier for them we offer our in-house ironing service for free
Travel Expense: Employees would be able to claim travel expenses and food expenses when they have to spend for any business purpose
