The ideal candidate will have experience in fintech, corporate sales, or a related field, with strong communication and client management skills.
Description
Pathao is looking for a proactive and results-driven Executive/Senior Executive, Corporate Partnership to join the Fintech Department. This role is responsible for onboarding new corporate and merchant partners, driving Bangla QR adoption within the Pathao Pay ecosystem, managing key accounts, and ensuring sustainable business growth through strong client relationships, seamless operational coordination, and GMV achievement.
The incumbent will be responsible to:
Onboard new corporate and merchant clients following Pathao Pay's partnership process, KYC requirements, and documentation standards, with primary focus on Bangla QR deployment.
Identify, pitch, and secure partnerships with companies and merchants across retail, and service touchpoints, while exploring cross-sell opportunities across other Pathao Pay products and campaigns.
Coordinate end to end client activation by driving KYC completion, agreement execution, and technical integration in collaboration with internal compliance, product, and operations teams.
Own monthly GMV and transaction volume targets for the assigned account portfolio, tracking per-partner Bangla QR usage and taking corrective action where adoption lags.
Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients, managing day to day communication, escalations, and expectation alignment to ensure long term business growth.
Troubleshoot placement, activation, and usage issues at partner locations by coordinating with backend operations, merchant ops, and product teams to remove adoption blockers.
Handle all account level administrative responsibilities including documentation upkeep, settlement query resolution, dispute follow up, and internal handoffs across departments.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports covering account health, business volume, target achievement, and pipeline status for management review.
The incumbent should bring along:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
