Senior Data Analyst

Our first product sheba.xyz is the country’s largest online service marketplace. sBusiness on the other hand is serving emerging corporates and sManager is providing full-stack financial solutions for SMEs and digitizing all flows of their business. Job Description Collect and organize large sets of data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy Clean and transform raw data into a format that can be easily analyzed Develop and implement data models and algorithms to analyze data Conduct statistical analyses to identify patterns and trends in the data Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions Communicate findings and results to cross-functional teams, both verbally and through data visualizations Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports for stakeholders Continuously monitor data quality and accuracy, identifying and resolving data discrepancies Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and modeling Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field Minimum of  years of experience in data analysis or related field Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets Proficient in statistical analysis tools Knowledge of SQL and database management Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience with machine learning models is a plus Additional Information Salary: Good salary packages for highly deserving candidates Employee Benefits Packages as per the company policy  Weekly 2 holidays Lunch Facilities: Subsidized Salary Review: Yearly Festival Bonus: 2
