Presales & Solution Consultant — FinTech & AI

We are looking for a Presales & Solution Consultant who can bridge the gap between client problems and executable solutions. Someone who can enter a discovery conversation, uncover the real business need behind the stated requirement, and translate that into a solution that is both commercially strong and technically deliverable. This role is not about creating slide decks or responding to RFPs in isolation. It is about shaping deals — making sure what we propose is something we can confidently deliver, while still being compelling enough to win. You will work across FinTech and AI solutions, where clarity, speed, and judgment matter as much as technical understanding. Fintech23 is the FinTech business unit of Brain Station 23 PLC, building digital banking, lending, payments, remittance, eKYC, AML, and AI-driven automation solutions for clients across Bangladesh and international markets.
