Senior Executive, Inventory Management

Ready to Challenge, Create & Change the Courier landscape? Pathao is looking for a Senior Executive, Inventory Management for the Courier team at the 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐮𝐩𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐣. The ideal candidate will manage the on-ground workflow, supervise a team of associates, and ensure that all operations meet our high standards for accuracy, speed, and safety. The incumbent will have the responsibility to: Supervise and coordinate daily inventory operations across inbound, storage, order processing, and outbound functions. Supervise end-to-end operations within the sorting warehouse. Ensure efficient handling of merchant inventory – from receiving to dispatch – with zero stock mismatch or SLA breaches. Lead and mentor a team; assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure shift targets are met. Maintain stock accuracy through periodic cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation activities. Analyze inventory data, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and implement process improvements. Collaborate with the WMS/tech support team to ensure smooth inventory system operations and issue resolution. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (transport, merchant operations, customer service) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports (e.g., inventory status, shrinkage, processing performance). Ensure SOP compliance, inventory handling standards, and workplace safety protocols are followed at all times. Support management in planning shift rosters, manpower allocation, and training new team members. The incumbent should bring along: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field. 3–4 years of relevant experience in inventory/fulfillment operations, with at least 1 year in a team lead role. Strong understanding of WMS/ERP systems and inventory processes will be a plus Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and inventory reporting. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Flexible to work in rotational shifts or extended hours as needed.
